Hi,
I'm James Nokes, the guy in the drawing. Due to health problems I had to give up my own cleaning business several years ago. To earn a living and give myself something to do, I created this website. I take pride in using it to provide affordable, high-quality products that help people turn their dreams into thriving cleaning businesses.

Click Here to browse through 12 or so QuickClips (short video clips) from ISSA.
ISSA in case you're not fmailiar with them, is the International Sanitary Supply Association. It's a trade organization that's made up of most of the companies that manufacture the various brands of cleaning products that professional cleaners use.
There are 36 topics listed altogether but most of them are available only to paying members of ISSA.
The free ones cover topics such as: Vacuuming Basics by Jeff Bishop, Increasing Profitability by Bob Langdon, Infection Control by Darrel Hicks, The Language of Communication by Todd Hunt, and about ten others.
| |
You don't need any particular type of software on your computer to view them; but you do need a fast enough connection to view videos online.
The QuickClips are short videos that give highlighted versions of longer talks that the authors have given on their area of expertise, they average three to five minutes in length.
I particualrly recommend the several QuickClips by Jeff Bishop and the one by Todd Hunt - but they are all worth watching and will definitely add to your knowledge of both modern cleaning business practices and modern cleaning techniques.

I want to start by saying I think you are amazing, I don't know if you remember me but
about a year ago I e-mailed you asking how much your e-book would cost in Canadian
dollars..... Anyway, your book has helped me alot, everytime I read it which is about 50 times
or so, I always get something new out of it. You are truly amazing, and you will continue
to be in my prayers.....

I just love you. My husband quit his job to join me, he was working
for Hydro which was really good pay but when he saw how much money I was making, he
quit..... |

is; How can I come up with an accurate bid? Well, it's taken a long time but I finally have the
answer. If you want the kind of confidence that comes from knowing your bid is right,
